Whistleblowing channel
In compliance with Spanish Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, Vidra IA provides this channel for employees, suppliers, and collaborators to report, confidentially or completely anonymously, any infringement they become aware of.
Who can use it and what can be reported?
The channel is available to employees, suppliers, collaborators, and anyone who, in the context of their relationship with Vidra IA, becomes aware of a possible regulatory infringement: from breaches of European Union law to serious criminal or administrative infringements regulated by Spanish Law 2/2023.
Confidentiality and protection against retaliation
Spanish Law 2/2023 guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and that of any third party mentioned, and expressly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports an infringement in good faith. The channel also allows for a completely anonymous report if the reporter prefers.
